The worst customer service I over experienced.

I purchased a recliner couch and loveseat.I noticed the stitching was sticking out of the arms of the sofa and loveseat.It took two weeks for someone to come out and fix it.I will never shop at Furniture Mart again.Also I will never recommend no one to shop here.

I brought the warranty for my sofa and. They gave me 100 excuses. I called the warranty people and they said its been less than a year and that furniere mart is still supposed to help

A Refund on a payment . The Hammond location refusing to give it back

A worker at the Hammond Location is refusing to give me my refund back. That I never received when I wrote a check before I finished with my ACima leAse my check I wrote was the overpayment of my merchandise because I went over my limit. Thats fraud I never received a contract.

Friday 2/12/21, I purchased an adjustable bed, paid cash in full, 1299.00, paid for delivery and set-up. My delivery date was set for 2/18/21.

My son wanted the other adjustable bed which cost is 842, which I purchase on Monday 2/15/21

Well the problem started 2/18/21 when my bed was delivered, they dropped off my bed with no set-up, told me they do set-up if I have known that I would have never purchased, I am an elderly woman that can barely walk, I wear two braces, now tell me how I was going to set-up. One good thing the manager reached out, and he came himself and set-up bed. Also, to return my set=up fee. It took him 5 minutes, then I asked him about the mattress they left.

When he opened it, it was a twin size and the wrong inch, I purchased a queen with a 10-inch mattress. Now my other delivery is set for Monday 2/22/21 along with my right size, mattress wonder what I will get, if its wrong, I'm returning it all and want my money-back.

Give my credit of 535 dollars to someone else. How could that have happened. It my money that was on credit. My money was either given away or stolen. I will never return this furniture mart again.

Worst shopping experience in my whole life!! I don’t know how they sleep at night.

They should be shut down! I’ve been dealing with their screw ups for 3 months now... still haven’t gotten my orders right. Half of it I’m still waiting for after 3 months..

they screw up multiple times and keep doing it like it’s a joke.. but they have THOUSANDS of my dollars and I only have 3 out of the 9 things I bought and a wrong color cabinet that I “get to keep” until the right color comes in 2MONTHS AFTER I already waited 3! First was a couch I had been waiting weeks for, they called the night before the delivery day saying it was damaged and they have to order another which will take another 2-4 wks... I told them they needed to compensate for their screw ups and boy they put on a show on the store..

Apologizing & offering discounts or matching pillows(still never received mine after 3month but there’s 2 sitting on a couch in the store) and the discounts they give you are just a trick.. They say amounts out loud that you agree on. You get home and read the receipt again when they fail to call to set up delivery day/time when they said they would.. AGAIN, and you see there on that worthless, pink, paper they call a receipt, they not only messed your SIMPLE order up AGAIN..

(5-6 times now!) They also didn’t give you the discount they offered and promised you for their first few mess ups. In fact, they over charged you a few hundred more than their online price...

I ordered a bed set. She split the bed into 3 parts on her own (headboard, footboard &side rails) the bed frame online shows ONE price literally saying “INCLUDES headboard,footboard & rails”

I’m beyond livid.

Furniture Mart - Complaint Horrible Service
On February 22 2019 I went to Furniture Mart and paid in FULL for a living room set. On 03/01/2019 I received a delivery from Furniture Mart but my ottoman was not with my things. I was told they would call me when they get it in so they can deliver it. The day I paid for everything Deann called the warehouse in Covington to make sure they had all items and it was confirmed that they did all items would be delivered on 03/01/2019. Two weeks later I went into the store to see what was going on only to be told that they will call again once the item comes in. The rep at Furniture mart told me contact customer service in which I did on numerous times. Customer service never answers the phone and when I went to Furniture Mart again I was told to contact customer service I explained everything to the manager at Furniture Mart Amanda she check into a told me I would receive a call. The second when I went into the store and talked to Amanda I asked for a refund for a painting I brought because they were suppose to let me know when the other painting came in as well and they never did. The 3rd time I went to furniture was last week and Peggy was nasty to me. I was in the process of calling six on my side and Peggy told me I had to get out the store on the phone. I than called customer service and spoke with Alicia I gave all the information she needed she stated she will call me back. I stayed in the store while Peggy checked to see when another ottoman was coming in and she told me one was in and she stated she would call me on Friday 04/05/2019 so they can deliver on 04/06/2019. I did not receive a phone call as of yet. On top of all this the refund from the painting was put on a card that I had. Bottom line please save your time and money because this store has horrible customer service and my problem still is not resolved. On top of all this they asked if I wanted a ottoman that was on the floor and Hammond. I told Alicia I need to see the Ottoman first and I asked would they give me a discount and she ask how much I told her I need to see the item. I am even more upset than I was before she sends a picture of a dirty ottoman and expect me to want it. I don't think so. Stay Away from this company.

I have had a horrible experience with Furniture Mart also. I will never go there to buy anything.

My husband and I bought a dinning set and a sofa table back in Feb 2019. The day we went to pick them up ( April 30) , we realized three things were damage (table top, sofa table and one of the dinning chairs) That was two weeks ago. After contacting them several times and demanding to take the damage stuff and bring the replacement, they only brought the table top. I called customer care again and found out they had only put a ticket for the table top.

The person I talked to said I need to take pictures of the damage furniture to see if they could replace it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I'm so so angry about it.

I don't even know when or if I'm going to get my new furniture delivered. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAMAGE TABLE TOP, SOFA TABLE AND DINNING CHAIR

I'M SOOO ANGRY WITH THIS STORE. I don't ever want to buy furniture from them. My husband and I bought a table top, and dinning set back in Feb 2019 to be picked up April 30th. After we got the furniture, we realized the table top was damaged, sofa table had scratches and one of the dinning chairs had missing pieces. We called right away to let them know about the issue and they assured me I was going to get these items being delivered to me ASAP. I called again on April 1st and the representative that I had talked told me I had to bring the damage items to the store because I had selected a pick up option. I told her that that wasn't right and that wasn't going to rent another truck to get stuff that came damage in the first place. After she talked to her manager, they agreed to have them delivered the stuff later that week. Two days later, I got a call saying they weren't able to bring my stuff until the following week. After two weeks, they came today with only the table top. The delivery guy said there was no order for the sofa table and dinning chair. I called customer care again and the person I talked to told me they had only put a ticket for the table top. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING??? He said I need to send pictures of the two other damage items to see if they can make an exchange. I'M SO PISSED!!! I will never recommend anybody to buy from either Ashley or Furniture Mart. They only care about your money!!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

UPDATE: AS OF 1:45 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME..I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO CHECK AND SEE IF ELISA HAD SPOKE WITH THE VP. HE APPROVED MY REFUND BUT (OF COURSE) ID HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK TO COME IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. I THINK NOT. WAIT THERE'S MORE... SHE EVEN ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY GOOGLE REVIEW! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I WANT MY REFUND RIGHT NOW! Terrible. Been waiting on furniture for a month. Been calling for weeks to only be told "its coming". I called corporate and they said it was on back order. Smh. So i contacted the better business bureau. Lets play ! I visited this "establishment" on Feb 19, 2019 and found two super cute pink twin size beds and a mattress set. The prices were extremely good ( too good to be true). I went to check out and was informed that it would be 10-14 business days. Never heard of a furniture store taking that long...but whatever. On the 11th day I called just to check the status of my order. I was told that it was not in yet. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called last week and was told that many customers were upset because their orders had been sent to the wrong warehouse and that she would be calling everyone on Saturday with their orders to deliver. On Saturday 3/23/19 i did not get a call. At this point I am livid. I called the store this morning to see where my furniture for my beautiful 4 and 2 year old daughters were at. My sales person checked the back only to say " Ms.Hunt its not in yet" no apology or anything. I said well what am i supposed to do? She gave me corporate's number. I called corporate and they informed me that the beds are on back order. Mind you nobody told me that at the store, nobody told me that the countless times I called. Im more than upset. Corporate asked me if i wanted a store credit. *** NO. for what? So I can wait another month for that furniture too? I think not. She also offered me something off of the floor...umm no. Just give me my money back so i can go to a more respectable and better business. I called the sorry excuse for a business back to ask them why i wasnt informed that the beds were on back order... the woman said " its on back order" well no *** Sherlock. thats obvious. no apology no nothing. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING VERY SOON!!! I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL ACCOUNTS.

Every mess up has happened by managers, or people who just say they are...

They take people’s money, make you wait months only to receive the wrong furniture or damaged furniture or never received at all. Someone STOP THESE PEOPLE!!

Horrible Service

I paid for a living room set the complete set and it wasn't delivered when it was suppose to and I have been waiting on a refund since 03/25/2019 and I still don't have my refund yet. The manager talks to you crazy and they move slow when it comes to them oweing you but it you owe them furniture mart will come and pick up your things the next week and here I been waiting about to me a month.

Delivery of furniture was finally scheduled. I confirmed the time given, then time changed by the next day. I called the number provided and the person who answered the phone was very rude. She wouldn’t give me her full name. She said she was the only one their with that name. Maybe she’s always rude.

Awful customer service

I received a text and call saying delivery would be between 2pm and 6pm 11/15/2018 . My daughter called and told me they said between 1:30 and 5:30pm. I told her that’s not the messages i received I called deliver and spoke with Katrina and she was very rude. She forgot to send a text message saying we were bumped up. My daughter have class at 1:30-220. She said that’s not her problem, she can reschedule
