First I would like to start by saying this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! The Hammond store is a joke!!!!

No one there knows what they are doing, they all run around like chicken with their heads cut off. Kristen was our sales rep and once she got the commission from the sale she could careless about us. She our delivery for the wrong day causing it to have to be rescheduled to another week. Once it was delivered the wrong dresser was included so we had to have another delivery scheduled.

Well that would be another week. Someone was supposed to call me to set up the delivery date but never did so I had to call. So the next week the SAME WRONG dresser was delivered AGAIN!!!!! I was over it so I called the store and spoke to the manager MANDI!!!!

She was so rude and adamant about how it wasn't their fault but the warehouses fault. She didn't care about the inconvenience it caused or try to put herself in our shoes. We were already 2 weeks in without having all our furniture. So the resolution was to contact the warehouse herself to see if they could get it out to us the next few days, she promised she would call me with an answer the next day.

Did I get a call NOPE!!!! So I called the next day and asked why haven't I received a call regarding this and she lied and said she did. Well she informed me that she only has 1 driver who gets off early every single day and Saturday to deliver was my only option other than driving to pick it up which I won't be doing because I PAID for delivery service!!!!! So she promised again that it would be out to me the next week Saturday to be exact and she would call me by 3:00 to make sure we were home for delivery.

Well Saturday rolls around I stay home just for the delivery 5:30 comes and no call still. Well I call!!! Once I asked to speak with the manager and gave my name Kristen says us this about the delivery because it has been rescheduled. I then lost it and demanded Mandi 's bosses name and number and I wanted to still speak with her.

Once she got on the phone she tried giving some sob story but I wasn't hearing it. She then got angry because I wasn't buying her story and i demanded to know why I wasn't can't contacted like she promised me. She started YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE!!! Word of advice in the customer service business NEVER get angry with an already angry and frustrated customer over YOUR ERROR!!!!!!

Especially if your in a managerial role!! So her managers name is Paul (if that's even true) which I've tried calling several times and it just goes to some weird answering service.

So I will be continuing to look for corporates number. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!
